The COOL Company is a next-generation SSP expanding its global publisher partnerships team across key markets. We seek publisher development professionals with strong local relationships and a deep understanding of programmatic monetization.

As Regional Publisher Development Manager, you will own the full lifecycle from prospecting to negotiations and onboarding, driving long-term revenue growth across web, mobile, and CTV inventory.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of publisher sales or ad tech partnerships.
• Strong knowledge of SSPs, header bidding, and monetization strategies.
• Existing relationships with local publishers is a plus.
• Ability to communicate across commercial and technical teams.

Responsabilités

• Identify and onboard premium publishers in assigned region.
• Build relationships with publishers and monetization teams.
• Lead outbound prospecting, discovery calls, and negotiations.
• Educate publishers on the value of our SSP and direct demand.
• Collaborate with account management and ops to ensure smooth integrations.
• Maintain CRM and pipeline accuracy.
• Drive long-term revenue growth and retention.
