Job summary

Monte Christo Communities in Grants Pass, Oregon is seeking a Development Leader to provide strategic oversight, leadership, and accountability for a portfolio of communities in the region.

You will develop team members, drive performance, manage occupancy, revenue, and compliance, and partner with HR to recruit, hire, and retain staff. This role requires strong financial stewardship and ability to enforce standards, with readiness to handle after-hours issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Community Leaders and on-site teams.
• Develop and execute action plans to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
• Oversee budgeting, AR, AP, and vendor management.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with Human Resources to recruit, hire, and retain staff.
• Communicate risks and solutions to Development Directors.
