Job summary

Monte Christo Communities is seeking a Development Leader to oversee a portfolio of communities in the Grants Pass area. The role drives occupancy, revenue, and operational excellence while developing onsite teams and ensuring compliance with all laws and company standards.

Responsibilities include budget oversight, stakeholder coordination, and implementing action plans to meet financial and occupancy targets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of multi-unit management experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and company operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for multiple communities and supervise on-site teams.
• Develop and implement occupancy, revenue, and operational targets.
• Partner with HR to recruit, hire, and develop staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety, insurance, and laws.
• Manage budgets and financial oversight; review transactions and AR/AP.
• Communicate performance metrics and develop improvement plans.
