The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of community management experience, with a focus on emotional intelligence and effective leadership. Full-time schedule Monday-Friday, with a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Community Management experience with 150 units or more.
• 2+ years managing multiple properties.
• 3+ years of experience with Tax Credit, HUD, and/or affordable housing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of assigned portfolio of communities.
• Ensure financial goals and compliance are met.
• Recruit, train, and manage community staff.
