Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Regional Manager in Utah to oversee a housing portfolio, directing staff, leasing, maintenance, and financial operations. You will supervise on-site teams, ensure compliance with safety and fair housing guidelines, and travel to multiple sites as needed.

The role demands leadership, budgeting, and strategic leasing management, with CAM/ARM preferred and a strong commitment to resident satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred or four years in housing.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred to lead on-site teams.
• Basic computer skills required; knowledge of relevant software helpful.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee personnel, leasing, maintenance, finance, administration, and risk for property portfolio.
• Screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff; manage performance and HR matters.
• Develop yearly operating budgets and monitor income/expenses; drive NOI improvements.
• Develop leasing strategies, marketing plans, and resident retention initiatives.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and timely reporting; manage travel between sites.

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred
