Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of housing communities, directing all aspects of operations, leasing, maintenance, and risk management. You will lead onsite staff, manage budgets, ensure safety and compliance, and drive revenue through strategic leasing and resident programs.

The role requires travel 25–50% annually, strong leadership, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements to maintain regulatory compliance and high performance across

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred or four years housing industry experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site staff through hiring, training, coaching and development.
• Oversee payroll, hours, vacations, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety and fair housing guidelines.
• Develop annual operating budgets and monitor expenditures.
• Lead strategic leasing, marketing and tenant relations.
• Travel up to 25–50% for property visits and training.
