Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in housing/management.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with property management software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of a housing community portfolio, including leasing, maintenance, administration, and risk management.
• Manage onsite staff, coaching, performance reviews, salary administration, and HR interfacing.
• Develop annual operating budgets, monitor income/expenses, and provide variance analysis.
• Lead strategic leasing efforts, marketing plans, and tenant retention strategies.
• Travel 25–50% of time to property sites for oversight and compliance.
