AIR Communities is seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee the Las Vegas portfolio and lead high-performing teams across multiple apartment communities. You will drive financial performance, resident satisfaction, and team development in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

5+ years of leadership experience in property management or related customer-focused industry.
Experience leading multiple teams and developing leaders.
Strong financial acumen including budgeting and forecasting.
Experience using property management platforms such as OneSite, SmartRent, Salesforce.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop Community Managers and onsite teams.
Drive property performance, occupancy, and revenue growth.
Oversee budgets, forecasting, and expense management.
Ensure exceptional resident experiences and service standards.
Monitor operations and drive improvements across multiple communities.
