Job summary

Admiral Communities is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of mobile home communities in the United States. You will drive occupancy, revenue growth, and expense control while leading Community Managers and onsite staff.

The role requires a hands-on leader who can hire, coach, and implement company policies, ensuring strong execution across markets. Travel across assigned region is expected, with a hybrid work model including field visits and office time.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience (multi-site preferred).
• Proven ability to hire and build teams.
• Strong financial and operational acumen.

Responsibilities

• Own regional KPI dashboard and ensure portfolio performance (occupancy, delinquency, revenue).
• Lead hiring and development of Community Managers and onsite staff; coach to KPIs.
• Ensure policy and systems adherence across all properties; drive vendor & central team coordination.
• Drive occupancy growth via leasing, pricing, and marketing coordination; oversee POH strategy.
• Monitor operating expenses; approve capital projects and POH rehabs.
• Conduct regular site visits; ensure safety, appearance, and compliance across communities.
• Deliver accurate reporting to VP of Operations and communicate risks and opportunities.
• Maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly operating cadences with field teams.
