Job summary

Admiral Communities is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of mobile home communities across the assigned region. You will lead leasing, operations, and team performance to hit occupancy, revenue, and expense targets while aligning with company policies and financial goals.

In this role you will hire and coach Community Managers, monitor KPIs, manage budgets, and coordinate with centralized teams to ensure safety, compliance, and high-quality operations across properties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• 5+ years of management experience (multi-site preferred).
• Proven ability to hire and build teams.
• Strong financial and operational acumen.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver on regional KPIs: occupancy (lot + POH), delinquency reduction, revenue growth, and expense control.
• Hire, onboard, and coach Community Managers and onsite staff; manage performances against KPIs.
• Ensure policy, procedure, and system compliance across all properties.
• Drive occupancy and pricing strategies; oversee POH strategy and sales.
• Monitor and control operating expenses; approve capital projects and rehabs.
