Job summary

Admiral Communities is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of mobile home communities in the United States. The role focuses on occupancy growth, revenue management, and disciplined execution through strong leadership and hiring across assigned markets.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of multi-site management experience, strong financial acumen, and a proven ability to hire and develop teams. This hybrid role requires travel and field work across the region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience (multi-site preferred).
• Strong financial and operational acumen.
• Ability to hire and build teams.
• Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver regional KPI performance (occupancy, delinquency, revenue).
• Lead Hiring for Community Managers and onsite staff; onboard and develop teams.
• Ensure policy, procedure and system adherence across properties; drive adoption.
• Drive occupancy and pricing strategy; coordinate with marketing for lead flow.
• Monitor expenses; approve capital projects and POH rehab.
• Conduct regular site visits; ensure safety, appearance, and compliance.
• Deliver accurate reporting to VP of Operations; communicate risks and opportunities.
• Maintain weekly 1:1s with Community Managers; monthly performance reviews.
• Oversee portfolio cadence: weekly, monthly, quarterly talent reviews.
• Direct supervision of Community Managers; travel required across region.
