Job summary

Admiral Communities seeks a Regional Manager to lead a portfolio of mobile home communities, driving occupancy, revenue, and expense control. You’ll hire and coach Community Managers, enforce company standards, and partner with centralized teams to optimize performance.

You will travel across the region, manage KPIs, and ensure compliance with all regulations. A high school diploma is required, college degree preferred, with 5+ years of multi-site management experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience (multi-site preferred).
• Proven ability to hire and build teams.
• Strong financial and operational acumen.
• Ability to make independent decisions.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver on regional KPIs including occupancy, delinquency, and revenue growth.
• Lead hiring for Community Managers and onsite staff; onboard and coach hires.
• Ensure policy and system compliance; drive field execution and reporting.
• Manage expenses, budgets, and capital projects; oversee POH strategy.
• Perform site visits; monitor portfolio conditions and performance.
• Communicate risks, opportunities, and performance with VP of Operations.
• Travel frequently across assigned region and maintain driver’s license.
