AvantStay is seeking an Area Manager for the Miami market to oversee daily operations across multiple properties. You will supervise staff, coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping, and ensure guest and owner satisfaction through proactive management and clear communication.

The role requires extensive travel to properties, proximity to Miami, and willingness to be on call after hours. Compensation includes a base salary plus performance bonus and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of property management across multiple sites.
• 2+ years in people management.
• 2+ years in homeowner relations.
• Able to work weekends/holidays with flexible schedule.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and drive between properties.
• Capable of light maintenance tasks.
• Strong self-management and deadline-oriented work style.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise market staff and delegate tasks.
• Communicate with property owners and review distribution statements.
• Oversee guest/homeowner issue resolution to ensure timely, quality outcomes.
• Meet AvantStay standards and owner satisfaction metrics.
• Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance across properties.
• Collaborate with teams to optimize operations at each property.
• Perform essential administrative duties to support daily operations.
• Ensure adequate inventory of consumables and linens.
• Conduct regular property inspections for standards compliance.
• Address guest/owner inquiries via emails, calls, texts, and tickets.
• Travel daily within designated area to oversee operations.
