Job summary

AvantStay is seeking an Assistant Area Manager to support our Area Manager with day-to-day operations of AvantStay properties in the designated area. You will travel frequently in-market to ensure guest and owner satisfaction and reside within a short drive of your properties.

You will audit properties, manage supplies, respond to concerns, and coordinate with the in-market team on housekeeping, maintenance, and events.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hospitality or customer-facing experience.
• Vacation rental industry experience preferred.
• Basic skills in Microsoft Office; Salesforce a plus.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Area Manager and act as market lead in their absence.
• Serve as a liaison between property owners and AvantStay departments.
• Maintain owner satisfaction metrics and standards.
