Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Regional Manager in California to oversee multi-site housing operations, including personnel, leasing, maintenance, and financial management. You will supervise onsite staff, ensure policy compliance, and drive performance across the portfolio.

Responsibilities include budgeting, marketing, leasing, and resident relations with travel up to 50% annually. The role requires leadership, adherence to Fair Housing and OSHA standards, and strong operational oversight.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years housing industry experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with on-site software; knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff using consistent techniques and company directives.
• Ensure leasing, maintenance, financial, administration, and risk management align with Asset Living policies.
• Develop and implement annual operating budgets, marketing plans, and resident retention strategies.
• Travel 25–50% of work time for property visits, conferences, and training sessions.
• Maintain compliance with safety and fair housing guidelines and ensure timely reporting.

Education
