Job summary

New Earth Residential in Las Vegas is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee multiple properties, ensuring resident satisfaction, lease administration, and financial performance in line with company standards.

You will lead on-site teams, recruit and mentor staff, and manage budgets to achieve revenue goals. Strong communication, budgeting, and property-management experience are essential; NV Real Estate License is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to evaluate and fulfill community common area and amenity needs with attention to detail.
• Ability to establish priorities, manage time effectively, and fulfill objectives and projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; work well with onsite staff, customers, supervisors, corporate office and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of several properties including resident satisfaction and retention, lease administration, rental collection and delinquency management, and property marketing.
• Ensure a high level of client and resident satisfaction.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage performance of on-site teams.
• Maintain fully staffed on-site teams and build strong vendor relationships.
• Create strategic marketing plans to attract and retain residents in coordination with marketing teams.
