The Neiders Company, based in Seattle, seeks a Regional Manager to lead day-to-day operations for a Las Vegas, Nevada portfolio. You will be responsible for financial performance, resident/guest satisfaction, and operational excellence across conventional properties and extended-stay components.

Ideal candidates will have multi-site leadership experience, proficiency with Yardi/RealPage, and a track record of improving occupancy and revenue in a fast-paced multi-property environment.

Formación

• Minimum 2+ years of Regional Manager or equivalent multi-site leadership experience overseeing multifamily portfolios.
• Experience managing properties within the Nevada market is required.
• Experience with weekly/extended-stay properties is noted as preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the performance of multiple conventional properties, ensuring financial and occupancy goals are met.
• Lead on-site teams, mentor staff, and drive operational excellence across the portfolio.
• Drive NOI growth, expense management, and strategic budgeting across properties.
• Implement leasing, marketing, and retention strategies to maintain occupancy.
• Monitor maintenance and capital improvement projects to enhance property value.
• Analyze financial reports and market trends to optimize efficiency.
