Job summary

The Neiders Company in Las Vegas is seeking a Regional Manager to lead day-to-day operations across a diversified portfolio of properties. You will be responsible for financial performance, resident satisfaction, and operational excellence, driving occupancy and NOI in a fast-paced market.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of regional leadership, Nevada market familiarity, and strong leadership skills to manage multiple communities and on-site teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of Regional Manager or equivalent multi-site leadership in multifamily.
• Recent Nevada market experience required.
• Experience overseeing conventional multifamily communities; weekly/extended-stay hotel properties a plus.
• Proven ability to lead multiple properties and on-site teams across a portfolio.
• Fluency in English; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance of multiple conventional properties to meet financial goals.
• Lead and develop on-site teams to achieve occupancy targets.
• Drive NOI growth, budgeting, and expense management across the portfolio.
• Implement leasing, marketing, and retention strategies to maintain occupancy.
• Monitor maintenance and capital improvement projects to enhance property value.
• Analyze financial reports and market trends to optimize efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, policies, and standards.
• Coordinate with ownership, vendors, and stakeholders.
