Job summary

WMFHA is seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee a multi-site portfolio within your region, ensuring occupancy targets, SOP adherence, and superior resident experiences. Travel to properties and reporting to the Corporate Office are required, with oversight from the Vice President of Operations.

You will supervise daily operations across sites, analyze budgets and P&L statements, coordinate with on-site teams, lenders, and owners, and lead staff training and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Property Manager or equivalent.
• Experience overseeing multiple locations (3–5) preferred.
• Requires valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel and work weekends for emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day-to-day operational direction and supervision of a multi-site property portfolio.
• Ensure monthly occupancy and delinquency goals are met for each property.
• Provide reviews and analysis of operating budgets and P&L statements.
• Communicate regularly with on-site managers, lenders, owners, and partners.
• Ensure expenses are monitored and controlled.
• Perform regular property visits to maintain standards.
• Coordinate with Regional Maintenance Supervisors on service requests and compliance.
• Provide staff training and participate in recruitment and onboarding.
• Coordinate post-event repairs after casualty events.
• Pre-audit properties to ensure quarterly standards are met.
• Maintain a safe working environment through safety training and inspections.
• Manage relationships with government and safety officials.
