Wisconsin Management Company Inc. is seeking an experienced Regional Property Manager to oversee a diverse multi-site portfolio. You will lead operations, budgeting, and compliance to deliver quality housing and exceptional service to residents and clients.

Experience with tax credit housing programs is preferred. The role emphasizes market knowledge, fair housing compliance, and coordinating with owners and corporate teams to maximize NOI and asset value.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational, financial and compliance aspects of a Market, RD, LIHTC, 811 PRA portfolio.
• Ensure fair housing laws are adhered to when processing applications.
• Direct general office administration, maintenance, and staffing to keep properties well maintained and financially stable.
• Oversee showing, leasing, and move-ins; drive high standards for leasing agents.
• Implement and monitor lease renewal programs and tenant retention efforts.
• Inspect properties and manage preventative maintenance; ensure compliance with regulations.
• Develop operating budgets/forecasts and analyze NOI trends; adjust strategies accordingly.
• Communicate with owners to align goals and substantiate analyses.
