NEW EARTH RESIDENTIAL LLC in Sandy, UT is seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee multiple communities, manage budgets, and lead on-site teams. You will ensure resident satisfaction, profitability, and regulatory compliance across properties, reporting to the Vice President.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in multi-family management, strong communication skills, and a background in budgeting and vendor coordination. This is an in-office role with frequent community-site visits.

Qualificações

• Minimum 4 years as on-site Community Manager or Regional Property Manager in multi-family
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Responsabilidades

• Oversee operations of multiple properties including resident satisfaction, rent collection, and P&L.
• Lead recruitment, mentoring, and performance management of on-site teams.
• Develop marketing plans to attract and retain residents.
• Ensure compliance with property management agreements and safety.
• Inspect properties for curb appeal and maintenance.
• Coordinate with VP and corporate office regarding operations.
