Job summary

Cornerstone Residential is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee multiple apartment communities in Utah. You will hire, train, and mentor a high-performing team, and oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and marketing/lease strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.

You will collaborate with owners and executives, ensure compliance, and maintain resident satisfaction while guiding operations toward portfolio growth. This role demands strong leadership and hands-on management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in multi-family property management.
• Experience leading multiple sites and teams.
• LIHTC compliance knowledge.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient with Real Page or similar property management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee portfolio-wide property operations and leasing efforts.
• Lead and mentor a regional property management team.
• Prepare and manage budgets, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
• Coordinate marketing strategies and renewal pricing to drive occupancy.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
