Job summary

Green Alpha Property Management seeks an Area Property Manager to lead a regional team across Mobile and surrounding areas. The role requires frequent travel (up to 50%) and daily presence at the Mobile property when not traveling.

You will oversee leasing, maintenance, and contract management while ensuring 100% move-in readiness and optimal rent roll performance. A strong focus on training, budgeting, and CAPEX is essential to drive occupancy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in real estate property management or asset management
• Must have LIHTC/tax credit experience
• Driver's license and ability to drive to properties
• US work authorization

Responsibilities

• Directs a region-wide team of property managers
• Oversees leasing, maintenance, and contract management
• Manages CAPEX projects and budget tracking
• Drives occupancy and reduces past-due balances
• Ensures units are move-in ready
