Green Alpha Property Management in the U.S. seeks an Area Property Manager to oversee a growing portfolio in the Houston region, including Longview and surrounding areas.

You will lead property managers, manage leasing, maintenance, contracts, CAPEX, and rent roll, travel up to 50%, and partner with senior leaders to execute property plans and ensure occupancy and cash flow targets are met.

Competenze

• 5+ years of real estate experience in property management, investing, or asset management.
• Must have some LIHTC/Tax Credit experience
• Various System Experience (Excel, Word, etc) required
• Experience with Entrata preferred but not required

Mansioni

• Effectively manages a team of property managers throughout the region.
• Oversees leasing, maintenance, contracts, collections, approvals, and evictions.
• Collaborates with VP of Property Management to train staff and improve operations.
• Oversees contracting to meet budgets and CAPEX projects.
• Ensures units are ready for move-in and occupancies are optimized.
