Qualifications

• 2+ years of real estate experience in property management, investing, or asset management.
• Experience with LIHTC is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and ability to travel to properties.

Responsibilities

• Oversees property managers to ensure leasing, maintenance, compliance, and contract management meet standards.
• Works with Director of Property Management to provide training for property managers.
• Oversees contractor relationships for CAPEX projects and renovations within budgets.
• Manages rent roll, occupancy, and collections; analyzes reports to improve efficiency.
• Ensures marketing for each property is established and maintained.
