ZRS Management, LLC is seeking a Regional Manager in Houston, TX to oversee a portfolio of residential communities. You will drive income and cut expenses, manage budgeting and reporting, and steer marketing and leasing across sites.

The role leads on-site teams, recruits and mentors staff, and partners with senior leadership to implement capital improvements. A CPM is a plus; a college degree is preferred; travel up to 50% is required.

Competenze

• Previous regional manager experience in residential property management.
• CPM designation a plus but not required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and proof of automobile insurance.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

• Oversee operations of properties in the portfolio to ensure policy compliance.
• Develop and manage budgets, provide monthly variance analysis, and evaluate income/expenses.
• Lead on-site teams through recruitment, training, motivation, and coaching.
• Represent the company professionally with clients, residents, and vendors.
• Provide capital improvement recommendations and ensure timely invoice approval and payment.
