ZRS Management is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential communities. You will lead on-site teams, drive occupancy and rent growth, and manage budgets and reporting to achieve regional goals.

Responsibilities include directing leasing strategies, supervising staff, and implementing capital improvements while ensuring compliance with company policies. Travel up to 50% is required.

Competenze

• Experience as regional manager in residential property management.
• CPM designation is a plus but not required.
• College degree desired.
• Must have valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record & proof of automobile insurance coverage.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Mansioni

• Oversee operations of the properties in the portfolio to ensure proper company policies and procedures.
• Oversee budgeting and reporting; and marketing and leasing efforts for all apartment communities in the portfolio.
• Hire, train, mentor and lead on-site professionals.
• Plan, assign and direct work; evaluate performance; address conflicts and resolve issues.
• Provide capital improvement suggestions and ensure timely invoice approval for payment.
