Job summary

ZRS Management, LLC seeks an experienced Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of our apartment communities in Houston. You will focus on resident service while maximizing revenue, reporting to the Regional Manager and leading leasing consultants, maintenance staff, and admins.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; post-secondary in business or property management preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Previous multifamily property management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing, rent collection, maintenance and resident relations.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract residents.
• Determine rental rates via market research and keep pricing competitive.
• Hire, train and supervise leasing consultants, maintenance technicians, and administrative staff.
• Coordinate with maintenance for work orders, move-ins, make-ready and maintenance requests.
• Oversee lease renewals and negotiate terms to maximize retention.
• Conduct regular property inspections for compliance with standards and regulations.
• Maintain financial records, budgets, and analyze performance.
• Resolve resident concerns and maintain a positive community atmosphere.
