ZRS Management, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations of multifamily communities. You will ensure efficient, profitable performance while delivering exceptional resident service under the Regional Manager.

The role reports to the Regional Manager and involves leading a team of leasing consultants, maintenance staff and admins. You will develop marketing strategies, set competitive rents, manage budgets, and coordinate maintenance.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma required; post-secondary preferred in business or property management.
• Experience as Property Manager in multifamily preferred.
• Ability to manage leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and resident relations.
• Knowledge of property management software (Onesite, Yardi, RealPage, RentCafe, ResMan).
• Strong communication, leadership and organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage all aspects of property operations including leasing, rent collection, maintenance and resident relations.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.
• Conduct market research for rental rates and pricing strategy.
• Hire, train, supervise and motivate leasing consultants, maintenance technicians, and administrative staff.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure timely work orders and move-ins.
• Oversee lease renewals and negotiate terms to maximize retention.
• Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Maintain financial records, prepare budgets and analyze performance.
• Address resident concerns and maintain a positive community atmosphere.
