The role requires 5+ years in property management, strong leadership, and the ability to supervise site staff while coordinating with vendors and corporate. Duties include reporting and staff development.

Formación

• 5+ years of property management experience.
• Experience supervising site staff.
• Knowledge of HUD/Rural Development programs is a plus.
• Experience managing budgets and financial reporting.
