Job summary

Carlisle Residential Properties Inc. is seeking an experienced Regional Manager for the Myrtle Beach, SC region to oversee a portfolio of apartment communities. The Regional Manager will drive occupancy, oversee property maintenance and financial performance, and ensure compliance with leasing policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of property management experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Marketing and occupancy results for each assigned property.
• Oversee maintenance of each assigned property.
• Manage financial operations to meet budgeted goals.
• Ensure compliance with leasing policies and government regulations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate office staff.
• Prepare and submit required paperwork on time.
• Supervise site staff at each property.
• Coordinate with vendors, consultants and contractors as needed.
• Hire and supervise staff including Site Managers and other site staff.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; learn Yardi and internal accounting systems.
