Qualifications

• 5+ years of property management experience
• Associate degree preferred
• Driver's license required
• Experience with Rural Development or HUD a plus
• Yardi experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Market and occupancy results for each property
• Oversee maintenance of each property
• Manage financial operations to meet budget goals
• Ensure compliance with leasing policies and regulations
• Supervise site staff and coordinate with vendors
• Prepare and submit required paperwork on time
