The role oversees operations, finance, and profitability to meet company and owner objectives, with regular travel as needed. You will market properties, supervise site staff, coordinate with vendors, ensure lease compliance, and prepare required reports.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of property management experience required.
• Proven leadership and supervision of site staff.
• Knowledge of budgeting, leasing policies and reporting.

• Market and achieve occupancy goals for assigned properties.
• Oversee maintenance and capital improvements.
• Manage financial operations to meet budgeted goals.

• Prepare and submit required paperwork on time.
• Proficient with MS Office and Yardi systems.
