Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee the operations of several multifamily properties, ensuring efficient operations, lease administration, and strong resident experiences. You will manage P&L, budgets, and reporting, while leading a team and coordinating with the corporate office.

The ideal candidate has extensive property management experience, proficiency with Yardi or similar PM systems, and a strong track record in leadership and budgeting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Five to ten years of property management experience required.
• Three to five years of direct management experience required.
• Experience with Yardi or other PM systems required.
• Real estate license as required by state/local law.
• Understanding of HUD and/or loan assistance processes preferred.
• Knowledge of P&L statements, GLs, budgeting, etc.

Responsibilities

• Overses operations of multiple properties, ensuring resident satisfaction and retention.
• Direct lease administration, rental collection, and delinquency management.
• Manage property P&L, budget, GLs, and reporting for owners and leadership.
• Oversee vendor contracts, maintenance, and capital planning.
• Lead associate life cycle: recruiting, mentoring, performance management.
• Develop strategic marketing plans to attract/retain residents with the marketing team.
• Ensure compliance with property management agreements and governance.
• Respond to escalated resident issues and coordinate with corporate office.
• Oversee safety programs, risk management, and site emergency plans.
