Job summary

Mayfair Management Group seeks an experienced Regional Manager to supervise Community Managers across assigned communities in the Albuquerque area. You will ensure compliant operations, coordinate budgets, and drive revenue through effective cost control and marketing initiatives.

Ideal candidates will have HUD and LIHTC/lease-up experience, strong computer literacy, and proficiency with Rent Manager software. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• HUD experience and LIHTC/lease-up exposure preferred.
• Strong computer literacy and property-management software skills required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Community Managers across assigned properties.
• Assist in marketing plan development and annual operating budgets.
• Ensure 100% tax-credit or set-aside compliance for eligible units.
• Review and approve payables and monitor operating budgets and NOI.
• Conduct property inspections and audits; report findings to leadership.
• Oversee resident retention, marketing, and advertising programs.
