Job summary

MMG seeks a Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of affordable housing communities in North Carolina, ensuring strong performance, compliance, and resident satisfaction.

You will lead site teams, manage budgets and rent collections, and collaborate with HR, Accounting, Compliance, and Maintenance to meet LIHTC and Fair Housing standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of property management experience with multi-site leadership.
• Experience as Regional Property Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of LIHTC/Section 42 and Fair Housing regulations.
• Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and team leadership.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi preferred.
