Job summary

RangeWater is seeking a Regional Manager for the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. You will oversee budgets, performance targets, and the daily operations across multiple communities, leading a team of property managers to drive occupancy, revenue, and client satisfaction.

You will coordinate with the corporate office on financial reporting, vendor management, and capital planning while ensuring adherence to policies and standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree in business, finance, marketing, or related field preferred.
• Industry certifications such as CPM, CAPS, CAM are preferred.
• Extensive, multi-site property management experience with financial, operational, and customer service responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Develops annual budgets for properties and analyzes financial statements to achieve goals.
• Ensures properties meet performance targets by reviewing reports and implementing action plans.
• Leads and develops the community-manager team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Promotes client satisfaction with timely reporting and proactive communication; addresses client/owner concerns.
• Analyzes market data to identify trends and develops market plans to drive occupancy and revenue.
• Oversees property appearance and coordinates vendor contracts, invoices, and capital needs.
• Completes HR, financial, and administrative reports as required.
