Job summary

RPM Living, based in Dallas, seeks a Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of properties, driving financial and operational performance while leading on-site teams. This hands-on role emphasizes client relations, budget adherence, and strategic execution to meet company objectives.

You will manage recruitment, vendor relations, and performance reviews, conduct site visits, approve expenses, and ensure compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; four‑year college degree preferred.
• Four years of multifamily property management experience, with at least two years as a Community Manager.
• 3rd party management experience.
• Knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and develop on-site teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment and interviews for site-level positions.
• Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
• Coordinate with HR on issues and ensure policy compliance.
• Conduct onboarding, training, and mentoring of team members.
• Perform site visits weekly and host client calls.
• Serve as primary client liaison and ensure timely follow-up.
• Develop and execute business plans for each community.
• Approve expenses and manage reporting to align with budget.
• Review purchase orders and invoices for accuracy.
• Conduct property inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and vendor management.
• Oversee resident and vendor communications and issue resolution.
• Monitor marketing efforts for properties.
