Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate seeks an accomplished Property Portfolio Manager to oversee the Dallas‑Fort Worth metroplex portfolio. You will lead community managers, drive budgets, and report performance to owners, ensuring financial and operational success across multiple properties.

The role requires multi-site property management experience, strong budgeting and leadership skills, and proficiency with Yardi or similar software.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High school diploma required; college degree preferred in business/finance/marketing; CPM CAPS CAM certifications preferred.
• First-hand, multi-site property management and residential operations experience.
• Experience in sales, marketing, and customer service to resolve issues and drive revenue.
• Ability to communicate, read, and present to senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency with property management software and standard office tools.
• Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual budgets for assigned properties and monitor performance against plans.
• Ensure portfolio meets operational and financial goals with action plans.
• Provide leadership to community managers and manage staffing.
• Communicate with clients/owners, report on performance, and address concerns promptly.
• Analyze market data to identify trends and adjust market plans to drive occupancy and revenue.
