Paths Building Services LLC is seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee on-site operations in the Dallas and Lewisville area, directing property managers toward excellence and ensuring compliance with program requirements.

The RPM will manage budgets, improve resident services, and lead a diverse team across multiple properties while maintaining Paths Management standards and regulatory obligations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 3+ years regional apartment management experience in affordable housing.
• Compliance knowledge in LIHTC, HUD-Sec. 8, Rural Development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property management for the portfolio.
• Monitor budgets, variances, and operating performance.
• Hire, train, develop, and manage property staff and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with program requirements and regulations.
• Lead communication and align goals across properties.
