Job summary

Boulder County Housing Department is hiring three Property Managers in Colorado to oversee LIHTC and subsidized units, ensuring compliant, stable tenancies. The role covers operations, occupancy, compliance, and cross-department coordination, with a Monday–Friday schedule and non-exempt status.

New hires receive vacation upfront and ongoing leave accruals, plus pension benefits and PSLF eligibility. Residency in Colorado is required by start date.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred to assist diverse residents.
• Minimum four years of relevant housing or program eligibility experience.
• Experience with affordable housing programs (LIHTC, HUD, Rural Development).
• Strong conflict resolution and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and program regulations (LIHTC, HUD, Rural Development, ADA).
• Conduct inspections and coordinate follow-up actions with maintenance and development teams.
• Market units, screen applicants, calculate rents, sign leases, and coordinate move-ins.
• Maintain occupancy goals, enforce lease terms, and support rent determinations and voucher use.
• Coordinate with Housing Operations, HCV, Compliance, Development, Finance, and Maintenance.
