Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, finance, social sciences, or a related field.
• Three+ years of housing or property-management experience with multisite oversight of 250+ units.
• Ability to interpret housing-program legal information and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned housing portfolio across multiple programs (PBV, LIHTC, HOME, HUD-assisted, market-rate).
• Maintain occupancy, budgets, compliance, and property operations; supervise staff through Regional Property Manager.
• Coordinate resident services, staff training, and onsite meetings; ensure quality service to residents.
