Job summary

Brothers Property Management is seeking a Community Manager to lead the operation of a newly leased Boulder Longmont property and coordinate travel to Boulder as needed. The role requires LIHTC and PSH experience and a background in property management within affordable housing.

This on-site position will manage rent, certifications, compliance, and office operations with a focus on occupancy and resident services.

Qualifications

• LIHTC and PSH background required.
• Experience in property management with affordable housing preferred (project-based section-8, tax-credit, PBRA, PRAC).
• Experience with property management software and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property operations in compliance with applicable laws.
• Maintain occupancy through certifications and waitlists.
• Monitor rent collection, budgeting, and vendor contracts.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and pre-audit file reviews.
• Supervise site staff and coordinate cross-department communication.
