Responsibilities

• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure HUD standards and local codes.
• Oversee LIHTC/HUD compliance, income certifications, rent determinations, and utility allowances.
• Maintain audit-ready resident files with required verifications.
• Prepare for regulatory audits, file reviews, and inspections.
• Identify and resolve compliance findings within required timelines.
