You will mentor site teams, manage occupancy and budgets, and align operations with the organization's mission to strengthen neighborhoods. This leadership role requires partnering with development and Community Life teams, ensuring compliance with policies, and delivering high-quality resident experiences while driving portfolio

Qualificações

• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience managing multiple properties and budgets.
• Familiarity with subsidy and affordability programs is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple properties.
• Mentor and develop site teams for peak performance.
• Ensure occupancy goals and operating budgets are met.
• Lead reporting to regulators and investors with timeliness and accuracy.
