Enterprise Community Partners is seeking a Regional Property Manager to lead a multi-site portfolio across MD, DC, VA, and PA in a hybrid role with 3–4 onsite days from Baltimore or Columbia HQ.

You will manage a high-performance team, oversee operating budgets, drive occupancy, and ensure strong resident satisfaction and compliance with safety standards. The role emphasizes collaboration with home office and resident services to deliver excellent results.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years property management experience or related field with supervisory experience.
• Strong financial acumen; ability to manage expenses and revenue within budgets.
• Experience in marketing and leasing of residential properties.
• Ability to lead, direct, and motivate teams to excel.
• English communication skills for diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Directs day-to-day operations of properties within the portfolio.
• Oversees operating budgets and maintenance plans with quarterly reviews.
• Monitors occupancy goals and marketing plan performance.
• Collaborates with Home Office to maintain effective systems and controls.
• Ensures safety protocols and regulatory compliance across sites.
• Develops talent and succession within property teams.
