Job summary

Enterprise Community Partners in Baltimore seeks an accomplished Property Manager to lead multi-site residential properties. You will direct day-to-day operations, manage budgets and marketing efforts, and ensure resident satisfaction while upholding safety and regulatory compliance.

You will mentor a team, drive process improvements, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver community impact. A strong track record in housing management and a commitment to equity are essential.

Qualifications

• Five years property management experience with at least three years in a supervisory role.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• NCHM COS & TCS certification or commitment to obtain certifications.

Responsibilities

• Attracts, retains, coaches, motivates and leads a high-performance team of Property Managers.
• Oversees budgets and maintenance plans and coaches to meet targets.
• Monitors occupancy goals and marketing plan execution.
• Implements efficient operating systems and controls with Enterprise standards.
• Maintains communication strategies for timely information sharing.
• Reviews and approves property expenses and vendor invoices.
• Interacts with residents, agencies and vendors to resolve issues.
• Prepares and analyzes reports on financial and operating data.
• Monitors property condition, maintenance, and capital needs.
• Partner with Resident Services to offer community initiatives.
• Enforces safety protocols and compliance with regulations.
• Identifies talent for future opportunities and mentors staff.
• Keeps management informed about market trends and conditions.
