Job summary

Enterprise Community Partners, Inc. seeks a Regional Property Manager for the Baltimore or Columbia HD Office in MD. The role oversees a large portfolio across MD, DC, VA and PA with a hybrid schedule (3-4 onsite days from Baltimore or Columbia HQ).

You will attract, coach and lead a high-performance team of Property Managers, manage operating budgets, monitor marketing, occupancy, and safety, while coordinating with Home Office and Resident Services.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years property management experience or management experience in a related field, with at least three years in a supervisory role.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School Diploma or GED required.
• COS/TCS Certification or equivalent certification or ability to obtain certifications later.

Responsibilities

• Directs and oversees operations for a large portfolio of properties.
• Leads a high-performance team of Property Managers and subordinate staff.
• Manages property operating budgets and maintenance plans; monitors expenses.
• Ensures occupancy goals through effective marketing and leasing.
• Develops and communicates strong safety and operational controls.
• Partners with Resident Services to offer robust community initiatives.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and reporting across properties.
