Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking an Executive - Regional Manager for our Dallas, TX portfolio. The role oversees fiscal accountability, leasing and resident relations, marketing and maintenance to maximize portfolio performance.

You will ensure compliance with housing laws and company HR policies while guiding managers and staff through budgets, staffing, training and audits. Travel to sites is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years Regional Manager experience with multi-family HUD project base Section 8 and compliance.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws, OSHA, EEOC and local ordinances.
• Willingness to travel weekly for on-site visits; strong HUD program knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fiscal accountability for portfolio performance.
• Monitor leasing, resident relations, marketing, maintenance and budgeting; manage expenditures and vendor relations.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and applicable laws and regulations.
• Recruit, hire and develop property staff; provide training and coaching.
• Prepare and manage property budgets; analyze data and adjust financial plans as needed.
• Lead team with performance management and continuous improvement.
