Job summary

The Community Builders Inc. is seeking a Regional Support Liaison to provide on-site operational support across Chicago-region properties, covering vacancies and ensuring continuity of operations.

The role reports to the Regional Director of Property Management and may support multiple sites, aligning compensation with Property Manager ranges. This position requires five days per week in office, extensive collaboration with regional leadership, and strong knowledge of property management systems

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive property management experience, preferably in mixed-income communities.
• Strong knowledge of occupancy standards, recertification, and lease-up procedures.
• Ability to travel frequently within the Chicago Region with short notice.

Responsibilities

• Provide interim Site Manager or Assistant Manager coverage during leaves or vacancies.
• Support operations including leasing, rent collection, resident relations, and compliance with HUD/LIHTC regulations.
